Through JA Take Stock in Your Future, students discover the benefits and challenges of investing in the stock market as part of a broader, long-term investment strategy and the risks and rewards of trading. (grades 9-12) The program includes five 45- minute sessions, with additional extended learning activities and optional digital assets offered throughout, including an optional online or site-based JA Stock Market Challenge competition.

The JA Take Stock in Your Future program is a dynamic 5-week course that introduces students to stock fundamentals, market impacts, and investment strategies. Through engaging lessons and practical exercises, students gain essential skills in financial literacy and investment decision-making.

The program culminates in the Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge, where students manage $1,000,000 in simulated investments. With each trading day limited to just 60 seconds, they experience the thrill of fast-paced decision-making and portfolio management, applying what they've learned in a competitive and interactive environment.
